Serious environmental problems make our country attach great importance to eco-environmental protection.With the policy dividends coming,China's energy conservation and environmental protection industry ushers in huge development opportunities.The filter press is an important technical equipment to meet the requirements of environmental protection in related industries.It is widely used in environmental protection,mineral and processing,chemical,food,medicine and many other industries.Under the background of China's economic transformation and upgrading,and increasingly stringent environmental supervision,the downstream industries of the filter press,such as coal and chemical industries,have not started up enough,and their demand has decreased.As a result,the market competition of the filter press has intensified,and the enterprise benefit has declined.The industry is facing a severe test.As the backbone of China's filter press industry,and the first listed company of the industry,X Company plays a benchmarking role in the development of the industry.According to strategic management theories,with the help of strategic analysis tools,this paper takes X Company as an example,combs and summarizes the strategic experiences through qualitative and quantitative methods,comparative analysis and so on.These experiences have certain reference significance for the development of other enterprises in the same industry.Firstly,this paper analyzes the environment and competitiveness of X Company,and then uses the SWOT method to make a comprehensive analysis.And through the QSPM Matrix,X Company's development strategy of energy conservation and environmental protection industry chain integration is determined.Subsequently,X Company adopted mergers and acquisitions to implement the strategy,successively acquired ZJSJ,SMHB,ZYST,YTHB and other high-quality enterprises in the field of environmental protection,successfully opened the energy-saving and environmental protection industry chain.In the comprehensive evaluation of the financial situation based on AHP,since the implementation of the strategy in 2014,the comprehensive financial score of X Company has been greater than 0.5,and the financial level and comprehensive strength have improved significantly.X Company has successfully seized the opportunity to upgrade from equipment supplier to comprehensive environmental management service provider based on the strategy of industrial chain integration.The strategic experiences of X Company can be summed up as follows.Initially,relying on the strong capital strength of the capital market,X Company has built a comprehensive platform for environmental governance,and integrated the superior resources of energy conservation and environment protection industry,opening up the industry chain;Additionally,the company has established the management mode of group strategic management and control,timely adjusted the organization and management framework,ensuring the efficient operation and coordinated development between parent and subsidiary companies;Finally,the company adheres to technological innovation as the driving force,and consolidates the technical strength.
