Evaluation On Comprehensive Carrying Capacity Of Land Resources In Mudanjiang City

The rapid development of the regional economy has gradually increased the intensity of the use of land resources,which has led to a series of irrational problems in land use.How to develop the economy while ensuring the comprehensive benefits of land use is something that needs to be solved today.In recent years,the level of urbanization and industrialization in Mudanjiang City has been continuously improved,and the demand for regional construction land has also increased year by year,and the contradiction between land supply and demand has become increasingly prominent.Therefore,from the perspective of sustainable land resources,the research on the comprehensive carrying capacity of land resources in this region is also very necessary.Based on the theory of land resource carrying capacity,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of land resource carrying capacity of Mudanjiang City,uses the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each index,and calculates the land resource carrying capacity level of Mudanjiang City in 2010-2016,and carries out the land.The analysis of the time variation of resource carrying capacity provides a scientific basis and reference for the sustainable use and development of land resources in Mudanjiang City,laying a good foundation for the implementation of post-planning projects.The results are as follows:(1)Evaluation results of land resource carrying capacity: 1)From 2011 to 2016,Mudanjiang City's land resource social carrying capacity index increased from 0.5884 to 0.7680,an increase of0.1796;the land economy scale carrying capacity index increased from 0.5167 in 2011 to 2016.In the year of 0.7919;the scale of land construction capacity increased from 0.5482 to 0.6926;the index of land ecological environment carrying capacity increased from 0.4848 to 0.5745,and the comprehensive carrying capacity of land increased year by year.The evaluation index of comprehensive land carrying capacity rose from 0.5568 to 0.7070.(2)Influencing factors and prediction results: 1)From the system,the main influencing factors are the per capita cultivated land area,followed by the natural population growth rate,urban road area,average national asset investment,forest coverage,and the smallest impact factor is the town.Rate of change;from outside the system: land itself,soil quality,soil erosion.2)Based on GM(1,1)to predict the land resource carrying capacity of Mudanjiang City from 2017 to 2020,that is,the comprehensive land carrying capacity of Mudanjiang City will gradually increase from2017 to 2020,and the grade of comprehensive land carrying capacity will be higher.High level.(3)Suggestions for improving the carrying capacity of land resources in Mudanjiang Citythrough the above suggestions: rationally controlling the population to increase the local population density;protecting cultivated land;rationally planning and utilizing land;optimizing industrial structure to improve economic bearing quality;and improving land ecological carrying capacity;Improve economic and technological measures.
