Research On Performance Improvement Of Poverty Alleviation Funds

In recent years,the government has always emphasized the fight against poverty and the poverty alleviation work has gradually risen to an important level of government work.The poverty alleviation work is directly related to the harmony of the living standards,economic consumption levels,people's livelihood needs and social problems of the Chinese people.With the development of science and technology and economic development in recent years,people have a higher demand for living standards and quality of life.The government is also constantly carrying out poverty alleviation work,but the poverty alleviation work involves many processes,departments and people who can benefit from it,which makes the government's poverty alleviation work face certain problems and difficulties.Therefore,how to make full and efficient use of special government funds to cover the people who can benefit to the maximum extent and enable the people to benefit fully is an urgent problem to be solved in the current society.Under the guidance of principal-agent theory and new public management theory,this paper mainly USES research methods such as literature research,case study and empirical analysis to analyze and study special poverty alleviation work and performance evaluation of special poverty alleviation funds.This study is divided into six parts.The first part introduces the background and significance of this study,summarizes and analyzes the research status of domestic and foreign experts and scholars on performance management of special poverty alleviation funds,introduces the theoretical tools and research methods used in this study,and introduces related concepts involved in this study.The second part mainly explains the operation and management of poverty alleviation funds in economic and technological development zones of P city based on the actual investigation.The third part mainly analyzes the common problems in the performance management of poverty alleviation funds in P development zone.On this basis,the fourth part analyzes the possible reasons for the problems in the performance management of poverty alleviation funds in P development zone.The fifth part is to put forward the countermeasures and measures to improve the performance management of poverty alleviation funds,so as toprovide reference for Chinese governments to carry out special poverty alleviation work.The sixth part is the summary of the research results and the future development trend of this project.Only through field research and deep understanding of the special poverty alleviation work,the cooperation between the helping objects and the helping fields,and the government departments,can we put forward constructive and practical countermeasures and Suggestions specifically,improve the ability of the performance management of special poverty alleviation funds of Chinese governments,maintain social stability and benefit people's livelihood.
