Research On The Problems Of Internet Governance In Jining City

"Internet Governance" means governments,the private sector and the social organization on the basis of their respective roles,formulate and implement common principles,norms,rules,decision-making procedures and programmes,in order to standardize the development of Internet.The development of the Internet is inevitable in the history,and the internet management,which is based on the management of traditional information media,has been given new content and patterns according to the particularity of Internet communication in our country.With the development of the internet and mobile internet,not only does the network gradually affect the netizens values,ways of thinking and behavior,but also change the economy,politics,culture and all aspects of social life.Therefore,the internet,which is developing so fast,has had a profound impact on government governance and its governance capability,making the inherent defects emerge out of government system.At present,how to manage the internet has become an important topic for local governments to promote the cause of internet and information.Now,the research on internet governance is still an open proposition,and the complexity and comprehensiveness of its governance system determine to play a critical role in the government and its function.There are certain achievements have been gotten in Cyberspace Administrationin of Jining,by evaluating every step for the work.The local government still plays a leading role,and forms a positive and healthy network culture with more localized communication,expressing the development of Jining well.At the same time,Government of lining pays more attention to Internet supervision and is committed to maintaining the Internet order.Based on the research object of internet governance in Jining city,this paper studies relevant problems with the methods of literature analysis,case study and comparative analysis.By analyzing the development and experience of internet governance in today's society,this paper aims to find out the problems and countermeasures ofinternet governance in lining city.Through the study of this paper,related conclusions are reached and some suggestions were provided.Besides the introduction,this paper contains four elements.?The first part of this paper discusses related concepts and theoretical interpretation of internet governance.This chapter not only analysis concepts of internet governance,internet space and internet public opinion,but also discusses the objectives,characteristics and paths of internet governance.The second part of this paper discusses current situation of internet governance in Jining.This chapter consists of three sections:the development of internet,the development and effect of internet governance and the characteristics of internet governance in Jining city.The third part discusses the existing problems and reasons of Jining Internet Governance.The questions are these:the low level of rule-of-law in internet governance,many difficulties in the disposal and response of public opinion,lack of network supervision,some problems in the dissemination positive energy of Internet,and deficiency creative ability in internet civilization.The reasons includes five parts:Internet management is still holding dominant position;Local governments pay less attention to the response of Netizens' appeals;The internet governance regulatory mechanism is imperfect The;Network culture influence is little and the development of network culture industry lacks innovation.The fourth part discusses how to strengthen Internet governance in Jining city.Firstly,improve the management system for Cyberspace Administration of Jining city.Secondly,improve the ability of guiding online public opinion.Thirdly,strengthen the construction of internet content.Fourthly,make the people are infused with network culture.Lastly,build high-level network governance.Finally,some concluding remarks.
