The Development And Strategy Research Of HTHX Leasing Company Medical Equipment Financing Leasing

The population of China is still growing,and the problem of population aging is increasing.At the same time,with the increase of residents' income,people's demand for medical and health services will continue to increase.Hospitals need to build new medical houses and buy new equipment,but the hospital's self-supporting income,bank credit lines and government financial allocation and other funding channels have been unable to meet the hospital's funding needs,hospitals need social capital injection,financial leasing companies provide a suitable financing model for hospital development.Financial leasing of medical equipment can broaden the financing channels of hospitals,reduce the financial risks of hospitals,effectively alleviate the pressure of funds,thereby improving the management of hospitals and improving the level of hospital treatment.The financial leasing of medical equipment in China has been developing for more than 10 years.The business of financial leasing companies is mainly direct financial leasing of medical equipment and after-sale leaseback.However,the second-hand market of medical equipment is not developed,the financial leasing law has not yet been promulgated,and the lack of relevant professionals seriously restricts the development of the market.On the basis of previous theoretical research and the case of HTHX leasing company,this paper expounds the development of financial leasing of medical equipment in HTHX leasing company,and puts forward relevant suggestions on the above issues,with a view to further improving the theoretical research of financial leasing of medical equipment.Firstly,this paper analyses the domestic and foreign research on financial leasing industry and medical equipment financial leasing;secondly,it introduces the basic concepts,business forms and operation process of medical equipment financial leasing in detail;after analyzing the development status of medical equipment financial leasing,the types of leasing companies,PEST analysis and SWOT analysis,discovery system Firstly,the factors affecting the development of financial leasing of medical equipment are discussed.Secondly,by using qualitative and quantitative analysis method,HTHX leasing company is used to analyze the financial leasing projects of JX hospital and CX hospital.The operation mode,characteristics and problems of the financial leasing cases of medical equipment are explained in detail.Finally,the contents of this paper are summarized and the corresponding strategies are put forward.
