Under the background of the expanding market scale of China's pharmaceutical industry,China has become the second largest pharmaceutical market in the world.With the increase in national income levels and people's attention to health,the pharmaceutical industry is developing rapidly and has good market prospects.In the face of huge consumer demand,the “two-vote system”and other national price adjustment policies,more and more pharmaceutical companies attach importance to research and development investment and achieved rapid development...The various conditions have made the competition in China's pharmaceutical industry more intense.All in all,China's pharmaceutical companies are now in an era of opportunities and threats.Therefore,how to seize the opportunity to overcome difficulties has become an urgent problem for pharmaceutical companies.If pharmaceutical companies want to gain competitive advantage under the current situation,they must focus on improving their core competence,coupled with efficient management systems and marketing strategies,such as highly valued product innovation and research,strict control of product quality,and establishment of good Brand image,etc.,in order to improve their core competitiveness;establish an effective management level,a stable salary system,improve the performance of marketing staff,etc.,so that the company can develop rapidly.This paper selects X company as the research object,and analyzes the marketing status and existing marketing problems of X company pirarubicin hydrochloride product in the Beijing market through relevant data to find out the reasons for the company's product sales decline in recent years.Through the macro environment analysis,demand analysis and competitor analysis of Company X,we grasp the current business status of the company,and then use SWOT analysis method to summarize the current advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of Company X,and find that the company lacks excellent talents and market.The staff's lack of attention to new products,product patent expiration and other disadvantages,as well as the industry's fierce competition,limited marketing channels,drug prices and other threats,combined with the company's advantages and opportunities,put forward the corresponding strategy.Finally,based on the 4Ps theory of marketing strategy combination theory,this paper has developed a marketing strategy for the pirarubicin hydrochloride product of the company X in the Beijing market,and proposed correspondingsafeguard measures according to specific strategies.The research results of this study have guiding significance for X company,which indicates the future development of X company pirarubicin hydrochloride product in the Beijing market.In addition,for other similar enterprises,the research results of this paper also have certain results.Reference value.I believe that X company can rely on its brand and strict production quality management advantages,coupled with the improvement and improvement of its marketing strategy and safeguard measures in the Beijing market,X company and pirarubicin hydrochloride products will be in many enterprises and products.Out of the box,the future of X company will be more brilliant.
