2016 countries introduced many policies about medical treatment,medicine,medical equipment,it is in the government of the pharmaceutical industry is more and more strict regulation of macro environment,the pharmaceutical industry faces to continuously improve product quality,reduce product prices,strengthening enterprise management requirements such as challenges.These challenges even squeeze corporate profits.How to choose the right marketing strategy in the present operating environment and improve the profit of the enterprise is the critical problem that the pharmaceutical enterprise in China urgently needs to solve.In this paper,we take G company as an example,first to study the background and meaning of research,research method,content and technical route.Second,the marketing theory of marketing;Through the investigation of G company's basic situation,product,price,channel and promotion marketing present situation,discovered the existence of produced products marketing,purchased a single price strategy,the Marketing Department independent cause imbalance of resource distribution,electric business platform for simple problems such as lack of promotion and offline promotion way;With PSET and other methods to analyze the macro environment,industry environment,through the SWOT analysis has been clear about the enterprise facing the market opportunities,threats,and its own strengths,weaknesses,according to the circumstance of G company,choose a suitable marketing strategy,using the STP theory,market segment,choose target market and market positioning,namely formulate marketing tactics:create high-end products and services,integration of industrial chain.Finally,the strategy of 4P marketing theory was put forward to improve product development and product differentiation.To classify products by category;Pricing power to enhance distribution channels;Enhance the variety of promotions.The company's marketing strategy and strategy are effectively implemented and requires the support of organizations,talents,funds and technology.Through the study of G company's marketing strategy,able to withstand further because many threats posed by drug supervision,strengthen management,is helpful for enterprises to improve their marketing capability and firm performance,at the same time,has strong practical value and maneuverability,for other pharmaceutical enterprise marketing strategy also has a certain reference.
