Research On The Implementation Of Intellectual Property Rights Protection Objectives Of Military Industry In W City

Target management is critical to the work of intellectual property protection,and target making and target implementation are key in the process of target management.The Thesis takes the management of military intellectual property rights as the research scope,and takes the military IP target management in W city as the research object,and assumes that the target is the established variable,and the target implementation is the research variable.The research purpose is to reveal the existing problems and the underlying causes,so as to further improve the military IP target management in W city.On the basis of systematic review on relevant studies,the Thesis defines basic concepts,states the target of IP protection for military enterprises in W city,and evaluates the actual implementation of target by methods of statistics collection,interview and questionnaires.Then,the Thesis identifies the existing problems and analyzes the underlying causes.The Thesis believes that the weak awareness of IP protection,insufficient IP management,imperfect IP protection system,and lack of IP personnel are the reasons for unsatisfactory target implementation.Therefore,the Thesis puts forward the measures to solve these problems,including promoting the cooperation and innovation between military enterprises and the external stakeholders in W city,improving the leading function of government organs regarding the military intellectual property,strengthening the protection of military IP right holders in W city,and coordinating the IP protection systems among different departments,in order to further enhance and improve the protection of intellectual property rights in military industry.
