Research On Agricultural-related Intellectual Property Rights Protection In Shouguang City

As an important part of national security,the 20 th Congress of the Party proposed to "accelerate the construction of agricultural power",and the most important premise of building an agricultural power is to recognize the position of agricultural intellectual property protection in agricultural development and establish the importance of agricultural science and technology innovation to the healthy development of modern agriculture.In agricultural development,many innovations require a large amount of R & D investment and time cost.If there is no effective intellectual property protection mechanism,innovators may face the risk of not getting enough returns,and may even be unwilling to invest in innovation due to the lack of a reasonable revenue mechanism.This may lead to the lag of agricultural science and technology and low productivity,to the entire agricultural industry brought losses.Shouguang city is one of the cradles of agricultural industrialization development in China.In recent years,it has been actively responding to the national policies and committed to the protection of agriculture-related intellectual property rights.However,on the current overall situation,Shouguang city is still facing a series of problems,including how to make better use of intellectual property system to develop and protect agricultural intellectual property,to enhance the competitiveness of agricultural science and technology,is the current urgent problem to be solved in depth.This study summarizes the general situation of domestic and foreign research,clarifies the relevant concepts of agricultural intellectual property,mainly analyzes the current situation of agricultural intellectual property protection in Shouguang,mainly from the status of agricultural patent application for Shouguang,the protection of agricultural trademarks,the transformation of scientific achievements in Shouguang,summarized: lack of sufficient understanding of the importance of intellectual property protection;serious loss of agricultural intellectual property rights;difficulty of rights protection and evidence collection,long litigation time and high cost.After drawing on the experience of foreign developed and developing countries,this study puts forward the following suggestions for strengthening the protection of agriculture-related intellectual property in Shouguang city:strengthening the leading role of the government departments in agriculture;strengthening the protection of agricultural intellectual property rights;establishing the property rights information management organization,and improving the dispute resolution mechanism.
