In recent years,along with the stable development of national economy and the improvement of consumer income,the chance of fresh supermarket gained rapid developmentin our country,at present fresh supermarket has become the one of the major retail sector of city residents to buy fresh products.Fresh supermarket procurement system from the initialdirect to wholesale market,development to the specialized suppliers in charge of supply,and then to various diversified procurement systems.Fresh supermarket supplier selection is one of the most important step,it can decide on root fresh supermarket product quality and enterprise procurement cost is high and low,which directly determines the fresh supermarket comprehensive market competitiveness of the enterprise.So urgently need a can not only effectively reduce the purchasing cost of supplier selection and evaluation system,also requires the system could be more coming up from the original source of fresh product control and guarantee the quality of the raw product,in this case the supplier is possible to make a comprehensive,specific,and objective evaluation.The main content of this study is based on the above situation,of fresh supermarket enterprises in China must be based on the investigation of the present situation and problems of supplier management,combing,build a fresh supermarket enterprise supplier selection evaluation system,and the evaluation system for example.This paper mainly studies from the following aspects:Firstly,the research background,significance and status of domestic and foreign research are clarified,and then the relevant concepts and theories of supplier selection evaluation are summarized.Second,from a fresh supermarket enterprise supplier selection evaluation process,indicators,methods and so on,about the present situation of fresh supermarket supplier selection evaluation are described,as well as the present problems are summarized.Later,in detail elaborated the influence factors of choosing evaluation index,this paper puts forward the supplier selection evaluation index system of fresh supermarket enterprise,and using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to determine the index weight.Finally,taking the supplier enterprise of Y fresh supermarket as an example,through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,A comprehensive evaluation was made to its A supplier,which verified the feasibility of the supplier selection and evaluation system.This study will not only help Chinese fresh supermarket enterprises from the source to ensure the quality of fresh product procurement,reduce procurement risk and cost,and more help to the fresh supermarket enterprises to strengthen the management of suppliers,improve enterprise competitiveness.
