With the growing market competition, expanding the size of private enterprises, there're critical issues before the Chinese private enterprises -- the key employees are constantly losing. What factors influence turnover of private enterprise key employees, and how to attract and retain key employees of private enterprises, encouraging them to innovate and work hard, growing with private enterprises have become a major challenge of the majority private enterprises.This article has the development trend of the human resources management as the background, and studied from the management perspective, based on the actual situation of the private enterprises, integrated using some research methods, such as literature analysis, open questionnaire, structured individual interviews, enclosed questionnaire, and using statistical methods for survey data analysis. Then the article studies the influence turnover factors and management measures of the key employees in Chongqing private enterprise, analysis the influence turnover factors of different types of private enterprise key employees, and according to the different type key employees drained the management measures suggestion and the concrete implementation measures. Relevant conclusions of the study are the following:①The investigation to key employees has practical value. At present, there is no uniform definition of key employee in academics, the study through surveys studies reliability of the key employee definition.②The article constructs the table of influence turnover factors; the table divides into three dimensions, ten projects. Through investigation of Chongqing enterprise, proved that this table can cover the turnover influence factor.③In Chongqing, different types of key employees turnover factors have differences.④Different types of employees have various request of turnover management measures, these measures are divided into nine projects.⑤Put forward different management measures proposal and the implementation countermeasure in view to different types of the private enterprise key employees.
