With the continuous development of social economy,the asset management business of domestic commercial banks has attracted people's attention.From the first financial products launched by China Everbright Bank in 2004 to now,the asset management business of commercial banks has been more than 10 years.From 2012 to 2016,the annual compound growth rate of assets under management reached 41%.With the advantages of capital and channels,commercial banks grown rapidly in more than ten years,and have become the most important market subject in the domestic asset management industry.However,the rapidly development momentum has also spawned a series of problems,exposing huge systemic risks.Under the new economic situation and new regulatory policies,it is urgent to find a way to optimize the transformation all the way.Based on the background,this paper summarizes the development process and reality of the asset management business of commercial banks,takes the asset management business of C bank as the research object,and conducts an in-depth study and discussion on the transformation scheme of its asset management business.First,the detailed introduction of C bank and its comprehensive business operation is made,and then the development history and operating status of its asset management business are emphatically expounded.Then from the external environment of the new situation,new changes in regulatory policy analysis.On the one hand,it gives the overall development status and difficulties of the capital management business of commercial banks represented by C bank.On the other hand,it lists in detail the policy details and impacts of the new regulation and new regulation policy.From the point of view,three major problems existing in the capital management business of C bank at present are summarized: the problem of the transformation and optimization of the sales system,the problem of insufficient ability to organize assets and the problem of insufficient ability to research and develop products.Then the main reasons for the formation of the problem are analyzed: the extensive operation under the profit guidance,the unclear asset and disorderly organization in the supervision and management of commercial banks are in the initial stage.Finally,according tothe problems and the causes of formation,three corresponding optimization and transformation paths are proposed: the transformation and optimization of the sales system,the improvement and optimization of the ability of asset organization and product research and development.It points out the direction for the future development of C bank's asset management business.The last part is the conclusion and prospect of this paper,which summarizes the research content and results,draws the research conclusion,and puts forward the deficiencies of the research and the prospect of the development of the asset management business of C bank and even the domestic commercial banks.Through the study on the transformation of C bank's asset management business,it is helpful to find the defects in C bank's asset management business,and then improve the management level of C bank's wealth management funds to realize the second leap in its asset management business.As a leader of domestic commercial banks' asset management business,C bank's research on the transformation of its asset management business is helpful to the reform of the whole banking industry,and the key to the turnaround of the asset management business of China's commercial banks is discussed.
