Because of the international financial crisis in2008, the global economy has broughtimpact, exposed the international financial industry of the vulnerability of the risk, and at thesame time also reflects the lack of supervision of financial institutions. After the crisis of thisa few years, the international large bank are reviewing their development strategy, on the onehand, adhere to the comprehensive operation pattern, on the other hand, a full range offinancial supervision will be strong, and actively take measures to guard against financialrisks, risks are controllable in the premise of optimize their business model, to adapt to thenew era of financial market requirements.At present, China’s economy is in the economic structure adjustment and transformationof the mode of economic development the key period, in order to adapt to the crisis after thecomplex international and domestic economic situation and more strict supervision system,our country commercial bank should also actively seek new development way, seriouslyconsider business transformation. In today’s economic environment, China’s traditional bankseparate operation mode already can not adapt to the development of economy, and mixedoperation mode of financial holding type the almighty bank is suitable for China’s bankingindustry transformation of the choice. Our country commercial bank should change ideas,positive development to intermediate business primarily retail banking, get rid of the longtime dependent on capital interest margin profit or wholesale type of loan business profitablestate.Our country commercial bank should change management idea, adjust the businessstructure, innovative business type, business process reengineering, in the premise of risks arecontrollable improve management ability.
