During the 13 th five-year plan period,China's economic growth appeared an inflection point and entered a slow bottoming out period.Accompanied by the emergence of the new normal,the current commercial Banks in the region of the customer orientation,orientation and product portfolio and so on difference with other competitors' strategy,business model features prominent,commercial bank marketing is difficult to according to the characteristic and personalized needs of customers to provide differentiated,customized business service mode.In recent years,with the rapid development of global Internet financial business,commercial Banks have been thinking about how to combine traditional financial business with Internet financial business,actively participate in the development of new products by using big data,cloud computing and other Internet technologies,which has brought profound changes to the traditional banking industry.Based on PF bank as representative,this paper used the methods of literature review,4 p and4 c analysis method of PF bank asset management,retail,finance,private Internet bank and other main business is analyzed,the current PF bank asset custody business of asset custody scale growth,income growth rate significantly higher than the custody industry growth levels,but hosting revenue growth has slowed markedly,but compared with domestic top several commercial Banks still have very big disparity;In the retail business,there is still a gap between loans and their peers;In terms of Internet financial services,there is also a big gap between China minsheng bank and industrial and commercial bank of China.Up to now,PF bank private bank has made unremitting efforts to focus on creating "asset management" and "consulting services" as the core,and differentiated from other Banks PF bank private banking service features.PF attaches great importance to the development of main business bank,but the current main business development PF bank overall economic slowdown,the macro environment facing financial disintermediation,interest rate marketization,low risk credit demand,competition is aggravated serious challenges at the same time by the micro environment of superposition factors diversified customer needs and the future development trend and main business bank of PF,the influence of its goal This needs PF bank fully realize that the current main business of not playing good Internet marketing online asset custody platform advantage,not to recognize the current retail business is facing the new normal,not fully realize the mobile Internet will become the core of the Internet financial interaction channels,active asset management ability is not high and the product service problems such as lack of characteristic and put forward to improve and development measures andSuggestions of marketing strategy for the main business,for PF bank in provides the theory basis for further development of main business,and related support to provide important basis for the establishment of policies and measures to promote,It provides basic reference for boosting PF bank to realize leapfrog development.
