Being the primary pillar of its business and major source of profit, the personal business is persistently attached more importance by commercial banks in western society. Since 2003, the personal business in Suzhou financial markets has been paid more attention than ever before. Liabilities of personal business are extremely stable. And the risk exposure in personal mortgage loan is comparatively low. Furthermore, the precious metal, fund and financial products can produce massive off-balance sheet revenue conveying to banks. Owing to its relatively high profit, low risk and bright future, the competition of personal business has increasingly become fierce.Alone with the personal wealth accumulation and ascending demand for consumption, citizens in Suzhou require more superior personal financial service. Notwithstanding N commercial bank of Suzhou obtained relatively speedy development via great efforts in recent years, under the new circumstance such as interest rate liberalization, diversification of financial products, automation of service and financial disintermediation, sorts of defects still exist in N commercial bank of Suzhou which are comprised of customer segmentation maintenance, build for automation of channel, creation of products and service and staff training and motivation. Consequently, how to effectively utilize marketing strategy theory to enhance the personal business is of essential practical significance concerning the development of N commercial bank of Suzhou.Using related knowledge and experience in daily practice work, this essay analyzes the inadequacies in developing the personal business. Relying on customer segmentation, channels, products and staffs, it raised the feasible marketing strategies to explore how to ameliorate personal business marketing by means of dynamically matching corresponding marketing strategy.
