Throughout the world,all outstanding enterprises that have achieved great success and brilliant achievements have experienced such a process: from nothing to existence,from small to large,and gradually expanding.It is obvious that the health and sustainable development of an enterprise require the interaction of various factors in its value chain,and the strategy and cultures will have impact on its development too.With the arrival of big data era,the quality of after-sales service has become one of the most important factors for customers to purchase products.For foreign offices in China,through the rational construction of after-sales processes and limited costs,we can optimize the after-sales system and do a good job in after-sales service of the company's products.This is the fundamental of the enterprise to success and growth in China.Taking A Company as an example,this essay elaborates the theoretical system of after-sales service from six aspects: the concept of after-sales service,customer satisfaction,customer loyalty,CRM,process optimization and service recovery.Then use the PEST model to analysis,and compare with A Company's domestic competitors.Its main products and applications,company's main customers and their characteristics will also be introduced.In this essay,the concept of "customer-centered" management has always been through,and from the investigation of customer complaints and satisfaction,analyzes the main problems and deficiencies in the domestic after-sales service.To optimize and integrate the company's after-sales service management system,and provide practical recommendations to the management.At the same time,hopes to provide some references to other similar enterprises.
