In recent years,with the opening up of national policies and the rapid development of big data,cloud computing and Internet technologies,domestic supply chain finance ushered in a good opportunity for development.As a new type of financial services model,Internet supply chain finance provides the overall financing and credit service for the core enterprises and their upstream and downstream SMEs through the Internet platform,which breaks the credit gap between banks and enterprises,improves the financing efficiency and expands the financing channels,To ease the financial pressure is extremely important.Based on this,starting from the actual financing needs of small and medium-sized enterprises in N-grid enterprise supply chain,this paper takes N-grid material service chain and power purchase and sale chain as research objects,and focuses on solving the financing needs of small and medium-sized suppliers in the upstream of material supply chain.In the meantime,around the main body of each party in the N-grid enterprise material service supply chain,relying on the multi-core of "network provincial company and large-scale manufacturing enterprise in the system",refer to the "Internet Supply Chain financial intermediary platform model "to innovate and design the financial mode of supply chain finance of "N + grid + Internet + power + financial "supported by" N grid enterprise internet supply chain finance platform ".On this basis,Control measures to further deepen and improve the "receivables financing,order financing,bill financing," the three product models and business processes,and initially build a feasible N-grid supply chain financial model?Secondly,it studies the risks in supply chain finance mode of N-grid enterprise from the aspects of risk identification,risk assessment,risk control and risk warning.In the aspect of risk identification and assessment,this paper,combined with the literature research and the actual situation of internal and external environment of N grid,consummates and designs the system of"macro and industrial system risk","supply chain system risk","credit subject risk" and"information system risk" As well as "Operational Risk" five kinds of risks in supply chain financial risk identification framework and index system of N-grid enterprise.On this basis,by using analytic hierarchy process and consistency verification,the weight of financial risk index of N-grid enterprise supply chain is determined,After that,experts were invited to scoring and calculating various risk indicators according to Richter's seven-level quantitative table,and scientifically evaluated the financial risk indicators of supply chain of N-grid enterprises.In terms of risk control and early warning,this paper focuses on the supply chain financial eco-mode of N grid companies,and builds the N-grid enterprise supply chain financial risk management control system as a whole,including strategic control,operation control,early warning and emergency control.Finally,the author of the future N grid enterprise supply chain finance development direction and risk management trend outlook.Driven by big data mining and blockchain technology,the development mode of supply chain financial business of N-grid enterprises will be based on the full-chain identity certificate and full-range data assets.Based on the smart contract,the supply chain indicators of the financial perspective are Core,macro-control of wind power as the engine of supply chain financial intelligence system model,open up N-grid business and mutual benefits of mutual benefit and win-win situation.The results of this paper show that N-grid enterprises are suitable for three types of business:receivables financing,bill financing and order financing.At the same time,by innovating the Internet supply chain financial business model and risk management and control system,with the help of data cross-validation under the support of information system,we can initially meet the actual needs of supply chain financing for small and medium-sized suppliers in the N-grid material supply chain.The future development of N grid Internet supply chain financial services has an important reference value.
