With the sustainable development of national economy,power grid enterprises of China rising in asset size,service performance,also living in the electric power industry chain of power grid enterprise,facing the upstream power generation enterprises,downstream terminal user requirements and government regulatory cooperation more pressure,optimize capital structure,reduce operating costs,adapt to changes in demand have become enterprises are faced with the reality of the subject.The development of power grid enterprises is the focus should be safe production gradually turned to the improvement of innovation ability,management ability,service ability,to strengthen the coordination of business,the implementation of intensive management,seize the centralized control of the three main line of the "human,financial,and material",become power grid enterprise management important content.At the same time,under the dual pressures of resource shortage and environmental protection,the power grid enterprises should take the road of sustainable development,and the implementation of green supply chain management has become the inevitable choice of power grid enterprise material management.First this paper reviews the relevant research literatures about the green supply chain management,and puts forward the relevant theories of the green supply chain of the power grid enterprises in combination with the characteristics of the grid operation.The importance and significance of the construction of green supply chain in power grid.The focus on the construction of the comprehensive performance evaluation system of the green supply chain,in a clear basis for the implementation of the comprehensive performance evaluation of green supply chain should follow the principle and influence factors of,from the economy,enterprise cooperation and environmental benefits three individual angle design grid of green supply chain performance evaluation index,its application in the establishment of the comprehensive performance evaluation system of the green supply chain model;at the same time the method of performance evaluation were selected,and the use of TOPSIS analysis method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for the synthesis of a fuzzy TOPSIS comprehensive performance evaluation model.And from the green degree evaluation of the green supply chain,this algorithm is applied to the comprehensive performance evaluation system proposed in this paper to verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.The green supply chain management theory as a guide,combined with actual power grid enterprise material management,and deepening the further application of the theory of green supply chain is formed grid theory of green supply chain system is an indispensable step.The evaluation of the green supply chain has a direct impact on many other important issues,which directly affects the efficiency of the grid,and the results of green operation.In order to analyze and solve these problems,we should carry on the thorough analysis and research to the performance evaluation problem,at the same time,it is also used to guide the enterprise to adopt the strategy in the operation practice.Therefore,the research on the performance evaluation of the green supply chain of power grid has two aspects of theory and practice.Hope to provide some reference for the green supply chain of power grid enterprises.
