Research On Solver's Participative Behavior In Crowdsourcing Logistics Service

In recent years,with the development of 020 platform and the Internet industry in China,logistic team self-built is more and more difficult to meet the orders of exponential growth.So huge demand has forced a new model called crowdsourcing logistics,which is distribution model the non-specific human resources.There are lots of advantages to maximize the use of idle social resources,improve the service efficiency and reduce cost,more and more enterprises that is engaged in the home services or electronic commerce pay close attention to crowdsourcing logistics.Because of the emerging advantages,its model have accelerated the expansion of the industry.As is known to all,the market potential is huge and the participants have poured in.The foreign platform of crowdsourcing logistics service mainly includes Wedeliver.Us,UberRush and Postmates,and so on.The platforms of crowdsourcing logistics in China such as renren express,JD.com crowdsourcing,and dada are all mushroomed.Under the sharing economy,the idle time began to generate the value of labor force.The mass participant in crowdsourcing crowdsourcing logistics service became solver and realized the efficiency maximization of terminal distribution,thus obtaining the service premium.The key to ensure the stability and improve the service quality of crowdsourcing logistic team is to motive the solver's enthusiasm.In this study,we reviewed the references of crowdsourcing logistics and participants behavior.Based on the model of UTAUT and the introduction of social cognitive theory of self-efficacy,the paper constructs a positivism model of solver's participative behavior in crowdsourcing logistics service combined with characteristics to analyze prospective earnings,self-efficacy,effort expectancy,trust,promotive condition,paticipative intention,paticipative behavior and their relationship.Combined with using research tools of SPSS 19.0 and AMOS21.0.The paper use software for empirical analysis,such as the data basic sample description statistics,reliability analysis,validity analysis,evaluation of model fit,path analysis,the mediation effect test,and the hypothesis test results.The reaearch results show:prospective earnings,effort expectancy,trust,promotive condition,paticipative intention have positive impact on paticipative behavior;paticipative intention mediates the relationship between prospective earnings,effort expectancy,trust and paticipative behavior.Based of the discussing research conclusions,the paper offers theoretical guidance and implications for organizers to improve the participation satisfaction and encourage the solver' positive participation,which will promote the stable and healthy development of crowdsourcing logistics.
