With the capital flocking into the O2 O area,the competition of take-away O2 O as the biggest market has entered a phase in full swing.After Burning subsidies war,some platforms have to exit the market,finally formed Are you hungry?Meituan take-away?baidu take-away of the three pillars of market pattern.However,because of the special nature of take-away products,how to ensure that in the shortest possible time the take-away will be delivered to the hands of consumers and to ensure that the taste of food? temperature and selling phase will not be affectted are the core facters of platforms,and logistics distribution is the important element to solve the series of problems.Only to solve the problem of logistics and distribution,can improve customer service experience,and thus the major take-away platform have entered an era of "logistics".Based on this background,this paper introduces crowdsourcing logistics model,and focuses on the analysis of the behavioral factors of public participation in crowdsourcing logistics activities.First of all,according to the relevant literature review,this paper mainly introduces the concept of Crowdsourcing and the research status of Crowdsourcing at home and abroad,and then leads to the Crowdsourcing Logistics Mode,analyzes the development opportunities of take-away O2 O industry in China and two kinds of logistics distribution models prevalent at present.The paper puts forward the logistics model of crowdsourcing,which is based on the "light asset" as the breakthrough point,will solve the logistics problem of the O2 O industry,and expounds the characteristics ? advantages and development of the existing problems and corresponding solutions of Crowdsourcing Logistics Mode.Secondly,this paper constructs the theoretical model of this paper according to the technology acceptance model of the previous scholars,and puts forward that the expected benefits,expected effort and trust will influence the public's willingness to participate in the crowdsourcing logistics,at the same time,the willingness and promoting conditions will affect the public participation behavior.The paper mainly introduce the research methods and data analysis methods.Finally,it is the top priority of this paper.The data collected through the questionnaire method.Use SPSS18.0 and AMOS20.0 statistical software to analyse the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.Then use structural equation modeling(SEM)to evaluate the model and do hypothesis testing and draw conclusion.The result of this study is that the expected benefits,expected effort and the trust will positively affect the public's willingness to participate,thereby affecting the public participation behavior.Promoting conditions will have a positive impact to public participation.Through this study,it will help crowdsourcing logistics platform operators to analyze the factors that affect the public participation in the platform to complete the task and provide reference significance for its future strategic development,thus promote more and more social idle capacity to join the platform.Only by improving the activity of crowdsourcing logistics platform,can make sure the distribution efficiency and user service experience of take-out O2 O platform,thus in the fierce competition environment always maintained leading position.
