Since the reform and opening up,China's banking system has undergone great changes.Due to the domestic and international economic policy factors,the business environment of China's commercial banks has become increasingly complex and the inter-bank competition has become increasingly fierce.The development mode of traditional banks has been seriously challenged.Speed up the strategic transformation,in order to further tap the potential function of the bank network,a number of domestic commercial banks have been on the implementation of lean network management launched a positive research and exploration.However,the current practice and effectiveness indicates that most of the banks for lean management still remain in improving the quality of service outlets and marketing to customers level,did not go deep into the bank system optimization and assessment mechanism,long-term The construction of the system hinders the implementation and development of the lean management of commercial banks to a certain extent.At present,Suzhou YQ Sub-branch of GS Bank has vigorously promoted the construction and operation of outlets,created a modern bank network environment and further established supporting facilities and management modes.However,how to reduce costs and improve quality has become especially important today when the homogenization of domestic commercial banks is more serious.How to take a personalized and differentiated bank operation and management model according to its own characteristics has now become a top priority of a commercial bank in implementing lean management and innovative management mode.The goal of Lean Management at GS Bank Suzhou YQ Branch is to create its own brand identity to meet the growing needs of its clients,to secure a place in the competition in the interbank market and to create its own market in competition with others.In this paper,the current situation and difficulties encountered by the implementation of lean management in Suzhou YQ Branch of GS Bank are discussed and discussed in light of the new trend of development of modern lean management.Combined with the characteristics and actual conditions of GS Bank Suzhou YQ Branch,GS Bank Suzhou YQ Branch play a lean management in product sales channels and marketing role,to achieve "management to benefit" goal.This paper analyzes the current situation of the management of Suzhou YQ Branch of GS Bank by means of questionnaire,and finds out the problems existing in current management,such as staffing,business processes,business scope and so on.By referring to the successful cases of lean management both at home and abroad and combining with the characteristics of Suzhou YQ sub-branch of GS Bank,this paper formulates the lean management content of Suzhou YQ sub-branch of GS Bank.According to the specific business scope,it provides methods for the lean management of outlets,Lean management to provide reference.
