Under the background of The Times economy,China's small and medium-sized enterprises have been developing rapidly,and a large amount of capital input is needed in the process of development and expansion.However,China's financial services are far from enough to meet the capital requirements of small and mediumsized enterprises in the rapid development stage.Problems such as difficulty in financing,high loan threshold,high cost and fund suppression of monopoly enterprises restrict the development of smes.Supply chain finance can effectively solve these problems,so as to lower the credit auditing threshold in the financing process of smes,realize rapid capital turnover and effectively solve the problem of capital gap.This new financing method can effectively solve the financing difficulties and capital gaps between different enterprises caused by information asymmetry and other factors,integrate the overall financial resources in the supply chain,and provide support for the technical problems of capital flow.Through in-depth analysis and summary of domestic and foreign literatures,this paper summarizes the knowledge of supply chain finance and project management of commercial Banks to lay the theoretical foundation of this study.This study of commercial bank supply chain finance project management were studied,and the agricultural bank of jiangsu branch of financial supply chain project management as an example,the analysis of supply chain finance is finance,operation,safety,personnel and environment risk,through the project management to manage risk,improve the actual effect of project management.The writing ideas of this study are as follows: literature review,summarizing the supply chain finance and project management theories that have guiding significance for this study;Analyze the current situation and problems of supply chain financial management of Jiangsu branch of agricultural bank of China;The countermeasures are given.And guarantee the implementation.Through the research of supply chain finance project management of commercial Banks,the ultimate purpose is to analyze the countermeasures of supply chain finance project management of Jiangsu branch of agricultural bank of China.(2)to select the project management mode,which is conducive to the use of project management means for supply chain financial management;(3)strengthen risk management of supply chain finance projects and reduce losses caused by risks;(4)strengthen the safety management of supply chain finance projects,from the Internet,trade authenticity review and capital closure operation;(5)strengthen the information management of supply chain finance,and conduct the construction of data platform and enterprise information access;(6)strengthen the human resource management of supply chain finance projects,improve the project management awareness of all staff,strengthen the standardization of operation and management,and avoid man-made and subjective losses.It is hoped that this study will provide some reference for all supply chain finance project management,and play an important role in reducing security risks and improving profits.
