A Study On SME Supply Chain Financing Project And Implementation In CCB Hebei

Small and medium enterprise financing is a worldwide problem. Uunder the background of China's domestic transformation of the economic mode, SMEs are benefiting from preferential state financial, tax and monetary policies. Hence, commercial banks can also get more policy encourages and profits by supporting them. How to avoid enterprises high risks as well as get more operational income is a problem that commercial banks should properly solve. In this case, supply chain financing arises and is developing rapidly.By empirical and comparative study, this thesis reviews supply chain financing theories and the practice of commercial banks such as Chartered Bank, SDB, Huaxia Bank, and discusses CCB Hebei status quo and function of SMEs financing development. Hence, CCB Hebei SMEs supply chain financing project is designed. Firstly, supply chain financing product design ideas are put forward. According to the operational period, the order type of financing, accounts receivable financing, financing and warehouse financing can be selected as one of the main products of CCB Hebei. Secondly, scheme of each product is designed to meet specific customer needs. Thirdly, designs a specific financing project for the customer A. Fourthly, the banks designs a specific financing product Y and makes it an operational one by providing customers selection, approval requirements and procedure. And the last, implementation of the CCB Hebei financing project of SMEs is studied, including supply chain financing project organization and process; the implementation difficulties, problems and solutions such as manpower and system innovation; credit and operational risk prevention and other risk control measures.
