Research On The Network Construction Of Small And Medium-sized Commercial Banks

With the rapid development of Internet,big data,cloud computing,social network and other information technologies,the changing demands of bank customers have accelerated the transformation process of bank branches.Small and medium-sized commercial banks will also build their own network transformation management schemes and carry out relevant smart bank transformation projects with the tide of transformation.Although at present,small and medium-sized commercial bank branches have put forward various transformation innovative schemes from the aspects of infrastructure,business processes,financial products and operation management,etc.,however,there are still many problems in the implementation,management and process of the transformation plan,which make the investment cost of the transformation of small and medium-sized commercial banks inconsistent with the transformation effect.This has not only failed to achieve the goal of transformation,but also caused great cost waste and hindered the sustainable development and progress of small and medium-sized commercial banks.Aiming at the above problems,this thesis takes "smart bank project of a commercial bank branch" as an example to deeply study its transformation and management scheme.Firstly,this thesis summarizes and studies the background and significance of the transformation of small and medium-sized commercial banks' branches,and the existing literature on the transformation of small and medium-sized commercial banks' branches at internal and overseas,and puts forward the objectives and thoughts of this thesis.Secondly,the theoretical basis of the research,such as the purpose of network transformation,the model of network transformation and the idea of network transformation of small and medium-sized commercial banks,are emphatically discussed.Thirdly,the current situation and transformation cases of small and medium-sized commercial banks at internal and overseas are compared and analyzed,and the key points that can be used for reference in subsequent studies are summarized.Finally,demand analysis and construction plan are put forward for a project case of smart bank of a commercial bank,and the current situation,transformation demands and construction requirements of the project are discussed.The design scheme of smart bank project is discussed from the aspects of whole,safety,development and test.Based on the design,the management scheme of smart bank project is proposed.The implementation of the smart bank project includes: such as user experience business,bank branch space design,intelligent platform and system,intelligent business process,project management and training.The implementation of this scheme can put forward a more scientific and rigorous theoretical scheme for the smart bank project of small and medium-sized commercial Banks.It can correctly guide a commercial bank to carry out the work related to network transformation and achieve the expected transformation effect.At the same time,the network transformation scheme of small and medium-sized commercial banks and the project management scheme of smart banks can be extended to other banks in the field,so as to realize the practical significance of the promotion of the research scheme.
