Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of CSA Model Management In Small Donkeys' Farmers' Farms

Under the current background of the market economy,from the macro level,severe environmental pollution and food safety issues pose great challenges to the traditional agricultural business model in China.From the microscopic level,agriculture is China's basic industry,and the majority of peasants have been unable to maintain their own interests in agricultural operations and gradually lose their identity.With the successful introduction of the community-supported agricultural model in China in 2008,the number of CSA farms in China continues to increase.However,from the current point of view,many farms have many problems that cannot be ignored.This paper selects the first CSA farm in China as the research object,systematically expounds the existing operation problems of the farm,and has important practical reference value for the CSA farm operators.There is no doubt that the CSA model is of far-reaching significance to the transformation of China's modern agriculture from high-fertilizer and high-pesticide to organic and ecological agricultural production mode.This article is based on a large number of CSA research theories and the research results of various donkeys and farmers' farms.Using literature analysis,field observations,and questionnaires,this article has provided a comparatively comprehensive picture of the operation and management of the CSA of small donkeys' farmers in Beijing.Research.For the CSA model,the first chapter of the thesis defines the concept and literature review section,defines the civic agricultural garden and the CSA model,and the literature review section introduces the research status at home and abroad.The second chapter introduces in detail the basic situation of the small donkey citizen farm,the CSA operating model of the farm,the operation and management status of the operator,and the basic situation of the farmers.The third chapter describes in detail the practical problems encountered during the operation of the farm.Based on the perspective of the operation and management of the farm,it analyzes the specific aspects of the farm from the aspects of government policy,administration,production and sales.problem.The fourth chapter is based on a questionnaire survey of consumers,makes an analysis of the personal characteristics of consumers and introduces the practical problems encountered by consumers in consumption.The construction of infrastructure for agricultural gardens,the quality of farm products,and the management of farm services In three aspects,it was concluded that the traffic conditions in the agricultural park are inconvenient,the infrastructure in the park is not perfect,the sanitary conditions in the farms are poor,the collocation of agricultural products in farms is relatively small,the price of agricultural products in farms is unreasonable,the cost-effectiveness of agricultural products is nothigh,and the activity of farms is insufficient.Rich and inconvenient services.Chapter 5addresses the issues raised above,from the government's formulation of relevant laws and policies and financial support,the establishment of a professional marketing and management team,the strengthening of management and maintenance of existing members,the rational planning of planting plans for agricultural gardens,and the improvement of agricultural garden facilities.Facilities construction,widening service programs,strengthening publicity and education for consumers,adopting different price mechanisms for special vegetables,and strengthening cooperation with nearby farms,etc.,explored and improved countermeasures and suggestions for the operation and management of farms.
