The rapid development of the Internet plus has injected new vitality into all traditional industries.Against such a backdrop,the Internet plus supply chain finance has emerged as the times require.This paper studies the listed company plus P2 P mode,and proved the rationality and scientificity of this mode through theoretical and empirical methods.This paper also explores the sustainability of the mode.In this paper,the data envelopment analysis(Global-Malmquist)model is used to analyze the change of supply chain efficiency before and after the listed companies' investments of P2 P.The study periods are the first half of 2012 to 2016,and the study objects are Xiongmaojinkong,Zhengtongdianzi,Xingsenkeji and other 132 listed companies which are in the same industries.This paper also uses the panel data TOBIT model to examine the factors that influencing supply chain efficiency including macro and micro factors.In addition,this paper also deconstructs the listed company plus P2 P mode from the theoretical perspective.Classify the listed company plus P2 P mode according to the purpose and benefit.And the listed company P2 B mode of supply chain finance is discussed in detail.At the end of the paper,the existing problems of the listed company plus P2 P mode are analyzed,and the future development direction of the mode is also studied.Theoretical and empirical research results agree with the beneficial effects of the listed company P2 B mode of supply chain finance on the core enterprise's supply chain efficiency.In particular,after the core enterprises invested P2 P platform,the supply chain efficiency has been significantly improved.In this paper,it is encouraged to make full use of the listed company P2 B mode of supply chain finance for supply chain integration or diversification of listed companies.
