Based on the communications industry giant E group subsidiaries in guangzhou as the research object,the cross using questionnaire to collect questions,field investigation method and the staff interview feedback,and cooperate with the literature research and concluded that combining corporate strategy to guangzhou E group subsidiary research and analyze the existing performance management appraisal system,performance management of guangzhou E group subsidiary optimization design.This paper based on the performance management research status at home and abroad,the method based on the combination of E group,guangzhou subsidiary performance management present situation,the analysis of existing problems.After investigation found that the current main problems of E group,guangzhou subsidiary company performance management is the company's top and bottom of performance management idea wrong understanding;Performance management process is not complete;Performance appraisal not create synergies with other functions.Secondly,based on the balanced scorecard and key performance evaluation,this study aimed at E group company management and ordinary employees performance appraisal scheme optimization design,makes every effort to help the company to set up correct concept of performance management,improve the performance management process,enables the performance review and other organic combination of human resource management functions,create synergies.Finally,guangzhou E group subsidiary system of performance management optimization,the status of the operation after the update.Than before more humanity and kindness,assessment and specific goals,staff cohesion,the company strategy to strengthen.Also with the new problems,new system,of course,I put forward its own Suggestions,provide strong support for the company performance evaluation progress smoothly..
