The Research On The Enterprise Development Strategy Of Jiangsu LJ Incubator Co.

Incubator,which was initially put forward by George Cuman in America in 1950's,has developed with technical innovation.It is called “startup service center” too in China,whose earliest incubator,“ Eastern Lake technical startup center” in Wuhan,was established in 1987.Up to 2015,the number of incubators in China totals up to almost3000,startup space up to over 2300,which cover more than 800 million square meters and own over 30 thousand employees in service and management.There are 100 thousand firms which are starting up and over 60 thousand firms which have graduated and 1.5million people are engaged in their own business in these firms.In the increasingly tense competition,enterprises should reinforced their management systems,properly allocate resources and ensure their own strengths in order to seize up the historical opportunity and market demand.Based on some data and relevant materials,this essay studies the interior and exterior environment of Jiangsu LJ.Exterior environment includes policy,economy,society and technology.Interior environment includes establishment of technical real estate industry,improvement of management and weakness of risk controlling.Three periodical strategies are suggested and some principles on orientation and development are specified.Meanwhile,strategies such as technical transferring,fund-raising service and competition are presented.Strategical insurance including making functional organizations,establish risk analysis and evaluation system and resources integration system.
