Study On Shenyang Maker Space Industrial Cluster Developing Path Based On The Measurement Of Operation Efficiency

At present,the global economic development is rapid,all countries are looking for innovative ways,hoping to maintain economic vitality and occupy the commanding heights of the international market.In order to improve national innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities,countries have begun to create science and technology business incubators vigorously.China's various provinces and cities have also used their own advantages to the incubator to supplement and upgrade,resulting in the maker space,they make the enterprise can achieve the purpose of collection creativity more effectively.In addition,because the industrial cluster can start from the overall mining a specific regional competitive advantage,the maker space can rely on the "industrial cluster" to gather innovation entrepreneurship resources,and thus realize rapid development.At present,some of China's major provinces and cities have formed a number of gen space industry clusters,and the development momentum is good in our country.With the arrival of the era of the "double gen",Shenyang municipal government began to pay more attention to the development of maker space,scholars have also carried out a lot of researches.But also because the operational efficiency can well reflect the competitive capacity of an industry,so it is of great practical and theoretical significance to study the gen space industry cluster development path of Shenyang through the measure of operating efficiency.Firstly,this paper combs the connection and distinction between the maker space and the incubator from different angles,and makes a further research on both the industrial cluster theory and the operational efficiency theory.Next,this paper is based on the analysis of the present situation of the development of the maker space in Shenyang,the "operational efficiency index" of the maker space was constructed,and the empirical analysis was carried out in Shenyang.Then,using the statistical data of 2015,this paper measured the "Theil index" and "Centralized Index" of the gen space industry in Shenyang city districts,and suggested three maker space industrial clusters should be given emphasis to develop in Shenyang including "Shenbei New Area","Hunnan New Area","Shenhe and Heping central area".On this basis,according to the principle of leading service mode and operational efficiency structure,this paper makes a systematicdiscussion and research on the respective and distinctive developing path of three maker space clusters.Finally,putting forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions in view of the accelerating development of the maker space clustering.In addition,according to the analysis of this paper,it summarizes some deficiencies of the research and further prospects for the future,which provides a reference for the future research in this area.
