Research On Organization Structure Meta Modeling Method Based On SOA

The design of organization structure system belongs to the category of human resource management,its design method still stays in the method of document and simple graphics.The study of organization structure system by using the method of system engineering at present is still blank.With the development of society,large organizations need a kind of new organizational structure design method to raise its efficiency.Traditional methods of system engineering always focus on the development of view products.And that leads to insufficient attention to model that underlying data acquisition.Therefore,there is no uniform standard at the same time and the description standard of data exchange and model reuse is also difficult to achieve;using the method of traditional system engineering will rebuild the architecture,which will lead to the original system structure can not be reused and resulting in a large waste of resources.To solve the above problems,this paper uses the method of system engineering to study the organizational structure of the system,using the methods of service oriented theory.According to the characteristics of organizational structure and service oriented methodology,this paper proposed and designed a framework of organization structure,using the method of meta-model to define the organization structure and system modeling language and describing the structure design process.The main research contents and innovations are as follows:(1)Appling the idea of system engineering to the design of organizational structure,and put forward the organizational structure system,in order to cope with the needs of the organization structure design and optimization.(2)The service oriented methodology is applied to define the service in the organizational structure system,and a set of framework for the organization structure system is proposed and designed to describe the organization structure system.(3)Using the method of meta modeling and the SOA methodology,to design the modeling language.(4)According to the framework and the modeling language,the development process of the organization structure system are put forward.
