Diversified Science And Technology Promotion Modes Associated With Agricultural Colleges And Universities In China

The development of Chinese agriculture that plays a very important role in the development of the Chinese economy mostly depends on the modernization of agriculture and the increase of labour productivity currently. The agriculture and rural economy in China has turned into a new stage of development under the highly development, and the resolve of the "Three Rural Issues"(San Nong) is more closely associated with the construction of diversified agricultural science and technology promotion modes based on resources of science and technology in colleges and universities, which has an important practical significance in the improvement of labour productivity in rural areas and the modernization of agriculture in China.In the present thesis, the development of the diversified agricultural science and technology promotion modes in China is discussed based on the analyses of the current situation of agriculture extension and the roles of colleges and universities playing in the agricultural technology extension. It is proposed that the diversified agricultural science and technology promotion modes should be more closely associated with the colleges and universities and under the supervision of the government, and the related successful stories are introduced. In addition, the supporting roles and demonstrating values of the diversified agricultural science and technology promotion modes playing in the development of the Chinese agricultural economy is discussed, and related conclusions and proposals are provided. The thesis consists of mainly the following five parts:1. Introduction. The method and technical routes are formulated based on the analyzing of research background, purpose, and the related research tendencies.2. Policy supports to agricultural technology extension in China. The emphases in the development of Chinese agricultural economy are discussed base on the introduction of the developing history of the policies related on the agricultural science and technology extension in China3. Studies on the agricultural science and technology promotion modes. The developing history and the current situation of the agricultural science and technology extension in China are introduced, it is proposed that diversified agricultural science and technology promotion modes should be more closely associated with the colleges and universities, and the related successful stories are introduced:(1) the development of cyber science and technology promotion based on the Plat "96889";(2) the completion of technical extension based on the Plat "Treasure evaluation";(3) the agricultural science and technology promotion mode of "on the stage of culture, leading by science and technology, and actored by experts"4. Significance of the diversified agricultural science and technology promotion modes in the development of new rural construction. The superiority of resource and science and technology of the diversified agricultural science and technology promotion modes based on colleges and universities is discussed, and the roles and significance of the diversified agricultural science and technology promotion in the development of new rural construction is emphasized.5. Conclusions. It is concluded that the diversified agricultural science and technology promotion modes have to be rapidly improved in order to realizing the expected agricultural growth objectives.
