Welding,as the main process of the large structural parts production,the quality of which determines the reliability and stability of engineering machinery large structural parts.Therefore,the welding quality management for large structural parts production has a significant significance.However,due to the large quality and large size,there are so many weld joints during the process of the engineering machinery large structural parts and it makes the quality management of the large structural parts welding workshop complicated.And the quality management of the large structural parts of the engineering machinery is in the initial stage,so the research on the complex data management of large structural parts of engineering machinery is imminent.In this paper,the quality management method of welding workshop for large structural parts of engineering machinery is studied.According to the retrospective requirement of the welding quality for large structural parts of engineering machinery,the welding quality traceability system is designed,including the collection and processing of welding quality data.Finally,the large structural parts welding quality traceability system for a bridge gantry crane welding production line is developed.Firstly,the demand analysis and overall design of the traceability system for the welding of large structural parts are completed.We analyze the demand of welding quality traceability system according to the production process and quality traceability process of large structural parts.And then,the overall design scheme of the system is determined,including the function module design and database design.Secondly,we completed the data acquisition part of the system.Including the welding parameters acquisition scheme based on Hall current sensor,Hall voltage sensor and sound pressure sensor.The welding equipment tracking scheme based on the RFID reader.And the shape data acquisition scheme of welding joint based on welding inspection ruler.Then,building experimental platform to complete data collection.Then,the collected data is processed.The training model of weld quality based on BP neural network is proposed.The BP neural network training is carried out with the weld forming data as the samples.The accuracy and stability of the neural network are high,and the sum of the errors of the 66 validated sample data is 9.3463,the maximum error of a single data does not exceed 1.5.The assessment of the quality of the weld is achieve.Then,the welding quality traceability system for large structural parts was developed.According to the work of the previous chapters,we developed the large structural parts welding quality traceability system for a bridge gantry crane production line using Visual Studio 2016.And solving the quality data management of the workshop.Finally,summarizing the work of this paper and giving a preview of future research.
