Study On Data Quality Management System Of The Primary Grain Production Zone And The Protected Production Zone Of Major Agricultural Products

China is a large agricultural country,its agricultural information development is rapid,the demand is increasing.Agricultural data covers a wide range and many kinds.In recent years,with the continuous development of geographic information technology,combined with the needs of agricultural development,there have been a variety of agricultural geographic information data with specific attributes based on fixed business or service sharing needs.The data of the primary grain production zone and the protected production zone of major agricultural products(following called "Two-Zone")are based on high-precision mapping and other means to clarify the regions of specific types of grain crops and important agricultural products.At present,there are many researches on education quality management and government statistical data quality management at home and abroad,but there are few researches on agricultural information data,especially on the quality control theory system and its application of integrated information data with spatial attributes.The research on the data quality management of "Two-Zone" is helpful to improve the data quality in general,provide the data basis for the data application service of "Two-Zone",and provide reference for the establishment of multi-source attribute data quality management system of agricultural geographic information data in the same industry.Based on the theory of total quality management,this study takes the data of agricultural "Two-Zone" as the research object.By studying the current situation of data quality and management in the "Two-Zone",designing the control system methods of data production,database building,acceptance and exchange,and setting up the multi-dimensional evaluation indicators for the "Two-Zone" data quality,analyzing a variety of applicable evaluation methods,and establishing the data quality evaluation system and process.At the same time,according to the control system and evaluation system established in this study,the data quality of H county is analyzed,evaluated and summarized through the data quality management measures and data quality status of H county.To sum up,the research results show that the integration of TQM theory and relevant data management theory with the "Two-Zone" delimitation can effectively define the objectives,scope and methods of data quality control and management,and can comprehensively and clearly analyze specific cases.The quality of "Two-Zone" data mainly depends on the effect of control implementation in each stage of data production process.Comprehensive management of the process,scope,rules,quality evaluation,update and maintenance of data base construction can effectively improve the quality of "Two-Zone" delimitation data and database construction in the agricultural industry.
