During the early phase of the company,the amount of customers is relatively less.It is easy to manage customer relationship.But with the development of enterprises,more and more customers make customer information difficult to maintain and integrate.At this point we need to improve the situation by CRM system.The benefit of CRM is invisible.But after long-term accumulation of operation it will bring huge gains.Firstly,this thesis identifies the background,purpose and significance of CRM(Customer Relationship Management)research.Secondly,CRM involves account management,marketing management,sales management,customer service management to carry out a more detailed exposition.Finally,Combined with the specific case of NEO Corporation.It explained the implementation path and effect of CRM.The construction of CRM system involves all aspects of the enterprise.And the construction of CRM is unable to leave the information technology.Only with the advanced information technology can maximize the effectiveness of CRM.This article described the architecture of the NEO's CRM system.It introduced and explained by the CRM application system,customer contact center,intelligent robot and big data mining analysis and other techniques.CRM project success is affected by many factors.Such as industry characteristics,project size,cost control and other factors.We can learn from the past many successes and failures of the specific cases.In order to reduce the unexpected problems and risks of CRM project.According to the NEO's CRM project problems encountered and measures are described.The introduction mainly talks about the current situation and problems of CRM,business process reengineering,CRM product selection and implementation scheme and summarizes some suggestions for the project.
