The rapid development of economy,technology becomes the change rapidly,which brings the rapid growth of the mobile terminal business,one of thereasons for the increase of the formation is the intelligent mobile phone and computer so that consumers can search enough information at any time and any place,free to choose.It has a wide and far-reaching impact.Data show that as of December 31,2014,the main retail businesses in the country closed 201 stores altogether,closing 35 compared to 2013,an increase of 474.29% compared with the same period last year,and more than 80% of the retail department stores had a negative growth.The real retail department stores are facing a lot of great challenges.In order to demand the market,many traditional retail enterprises have sought transformation in order to improve their profitability after the transformation of enterprises.But for the transformation of traditional retail industry is not a smooth,in the process will encounter a variety of problems.In the environment of both opportunities and challenges,the "Internet + retail" model was put forward,and the new word "all channel" appeared later.Major changes have been made to the business model,trading mode and management of retail department stores,which have brought great changes to the profitability of the enterprises.In the specific background of all channels,whether large or small business department stores are trying to transition operation mode reform through all channels,to enhance the profitability of the business,the small scale retail enterprises and large-scale enterprises Grandbuy department store Wangfujing department store as the representative case study.When affected by external factors and the department store industry in the homogenization of competition,is a full channel transformation,are invariably adopted a business model transformation,business restructuring,business expansion and focus on profit management of these four kinds of business model innovation measures to improve the profitability of the enterprises themselves,so in all channels under the environment of the whole channel transformation,management reform and innovation to enhance the profitability of the business proposal.
