Since the Reform and Opening up,the retail industry of china has been growing rapidly.It has become an important part of China’s economic development.Retail Enterprises have a direct role in providing goods and services,and efficient retail formats have an important role in boosting domestic demand,absorbing and digesting over-accumulation in production of space.On the one hand,with the scale of China’s Internet users to sustain growing,online retail becomes more and more popular,and it impacts so seriously on the retail entity that they can not get the coordinated development.Lots of stores under pressure of cost began to be closed,and the retail entity reduces the contribution rate of China’s retail industry.The development of the retail industry faces obstacles,and the role of the retail industry needs to be more efficiently played.Therefore,it is of great significance to research the onmi-channel retail.On the other hand,according to David Harvey’s Production of Space,the main problem that capitalist space production faces is over-accumulation.The surplus products and services are ultimately sold in the consumer space.Retailer Enterprises are directly oriented towards the consumer,and they play a very important role in this problem.The combination of the space production and the onmi-channel is rarely mentioned.The onmi-channel retailing is of theoretical significance.Based on the significance of this research,first of all,the study discusses the special status and function of the Retail Enterprises,and the Production of Space interprets the mechanism of the onmi-channel retailing.From the theoretical point of view,the omni-channel retailing solve the problem of the over-accumulation(product,capital,labor etc);Secondly,this study discusses the evolution and development of the onmi-channel retailing,and it takes the whole process of the omni-channel retailing in the space expansion process,taking retail top 100 enterprises as an example.We can find that the omni-channel retailing is playing more and more important role;In addition,based on the theoretical analysis,this study quantifies the factors that affect the over-accumulation,and analyzes the data by gray correlation analysis and VAR model to explore the interaction between Retail Enterprises and theomni-channel retailing solving the problem;Finally,it is found that Retail Enterprises solve surplus products and services,and it proposes some solutions.The study is aimed at finding omni-channel retailing of transformation and Retail Enterprises to solve the over-accumulation.
