Enterprise competition focuses on talent competition,especially for core talent competition.Meanwhile,how to motivate employees is the key to keep the enterprise sustainable and competitive.With the advent of the knowledge economy era,as the technical backbone and value creator of the enterprise,core workers have control of core technology,have strong ability to innovate in the enterprise,and create huge economic value.The core worker is one precious resource of enterprise.Enterprises should motivate core workers fully,and exert their innovation potential to achieve strategic objectives.Compared with the general staff,their demand level is higher,and they put more emphasis on the pursuit of spiritual and personal development.The company should adopt different incentives for them.However,due to poor human resources management and incentive,the personalization features of skilled workers usually being ignored,and lack of unified flexible incentive policy,the development of enterprise is blocked.The paper mainly expounds the domestic and foreign scholars' core worker incentive management theory at first.According to the analysis of the core worker characteristics,it puts forward their demand for incentive mechanism.Then,setting Guoda Decoration Company as the search object,we gain more insight into the existing management system and incentive status of Guoda Decoration Company by the way of questionnaire survey and employee interviews.The paper analyzes the core workers' cognition about the existing incentives,performance appraisal,compensation and incentive factors.The paper finds that the company pay structure is single,evaluation mechanism is imperfect,the spiritual evaluation system is fuzzy,and the training system is defective.For these problems,this paper gives some suggestions,including the establishment of the principle of incentive mechanism,the core worker evaluation system,the salary system,training system,promotion system,and how to improve the core worker internal incentive mechanism of Guoda Decoration Company.Moreover,the core worker incentive mechanism of Guoda Decoration Company is redesigned.Before establishing the incentive mechanism,we need to know the incentive requirement of the core worker,implement the incentive measures,regularly review the incentive effect,and correct its deficiencies.As a result,the incentive mechanism will be improved constantly,and become more effective.The excellent incentive mechanism can motivate core workers' enthusiasm towards work to the fullest,fulfil their value,and create more economic benefits for the company while achieving their personal goals.
