Enterprises as the main micro, and migrant workers as the microcosmic main body of individual cells, they expanded the Chinese industrial army and provides an abundance of cheap labor for the rapid development of enterprises. With the advent of the era of knowledge-based economy, the enterprise is more and more attention to the cultivation of human resources. Employees incentive mechanism design is the core content of human resources training, so the research of enterprise employees incentive mechanism is the necessary task of every enterprise. In this paper the current situation of our country enterprise incentive mechanism and A company context, using the relevant theories of economics, management, and discusses the concrete connotation of A company employees incentive mechanism, summarizes and analyzes the existing problems and reasons of employee incentive mechanism, puts forward the relevant countermeasures and Suggestions.This paper consists of five chapters. The first chapter is introduction, introduces the research background, content, purpose and significance of this article, the related research at home and abroad were reviewed and the comb, and determine the main framework of the article and research methods. The second chapter explains the relevant concepts and theories. First defined the basic connotation of the related concepts, specific content and function; Next to the theory of the big four-content motivation theory, process motivation theory, behavior modification type incentive theory, has carried on the induction, comprehensive incentive theory laid a theoretical basis for this article. The third chapter to analyzes the company existing employee incentive mechanism, analysis of the current problems existing in the incentive mechanism and the reason. Chapter iv based on the previous analysis, this paper puts forward building a principle and requirement of A company staff incentive mechanism, and put forward the internal incentive mechanism and external incentive mechanism design in the perspective of migrant worker. The fifth chapter of this paper is a general summary, summarizes the research conclusion of this article, and points out in this paper, some problems are still existing.
