In recent years,work orientation and employee creativity have been the focus of research in the field of organizational behavior.The former is the interpretation of the relationship between individuals and work from the perspective of work goals.The latter is particularly important due to fierce competition and the transformation of enterprises.From the intrinsic motiva tion theory and the learned industrioussness theory,the intrinsic motivations of different work orientations are different.Appropriate rewards(tangible or intangible)can promote individual motivations,and all contribute to employees' creativity through engagement.Based on C hina's national conditions-the pressure on employees of domestic companies is huge,and the choice of different work orientation is not the same as the choice of competitive work environment.However,the relationship between the work orientation and employee creativity is still at the initial stage,and the research competitive work environment has less impact on the relationship between the two.Therefore,based on three major theoretical models,from the perspective of intrinsic motivation theory and the learned industrioussness theory,this research explores the internal mechanisms between the value orientation of different jobs and the creativity of employees from the perspectives of intrinsic motivation theory and learned industrioussness theory,and test of the mediator of engagement and the moderator of the competitive work environment.This research through(1)literature review and summary,build a relationship model of work orientation,engagement,competitive work environment and employee creativity and 9 hypotheses.(2)adopt questionnaire survey,issue 280 questionnaires,pre-research 80,200 formal surveys.(3)Using SPSS19.0 software for correlation and regression analysis,verifying the conclusions of this paper and summarizing the significance,innovation and outlook of the research.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The three major dimensions of the work orientation can positively promote the engagement degree,in which the career orientation has the greatest impact on the degree of engagement.(2)Engagement is significantly positively correlated with employee creativity,and engagement plays an intermediary role in work orientation and employee creativity.(3)Competitive work environment to regulate the relationship between earning orientation,career orientation,career orientation and engagement,and then influence employee creativity.Among them,positive adjustment of career orientation and career orientation,and negative adjustment of livelihood orientation.The above theoretical conclusions will have a positive impact on how modern human resources manage employee creativity.
