Quality Management Of Power Environmental Monitoring Project Of Dezhou Iron Tower Company

The Texas Tower Company currently receives more than 6,700 existing towers and new towers from three operators.In view of the tower's wide distribution area,diverse geographical location,and high security requirements,in order to manage a large number of Tower resources,the Texas Tower Company has begun to implement the construction of a power environment monitoring project in order to promptly identify site fault points and risk points.Solve the problem of the management of towers distributed throughout the country.In this paper,the quality management of the power environment monitoring project of the Texas Tower Company is studied.Firstly,the development status of domestic and foreign monitoring systems is summarized.Then the management process of the power environment monitoring project and the standard project flow of the integrated tower are analyzed.The existing problems in the quality management of the power environment monitoring project are summarized.Using the general quality management theory of General Motors,the quality management of power environment monitoring project is studied from six key links,namely,the acquisition and acceptance of goods and engineering.
