Recently,national and local governments attached great importance to the development of tourism data so as to foster a variety of new form tourism by putting forward the policy "Internet + Tourism".Therefore,the data of online travel users showed a surge in status.By analyzing the real travel behaviors and needs of online travel users,optimize the allocation of tourist facilities,improve public services for tourism,improve customer satisfaction,enhance the service level of tourism enterprises and promote the policy "Internet + Tourism".Firstly,a questionnaire survey to the online travel users was conducted to analyze the online behaviors such as information searching,travel product reservation and internet sharing.The results showed that the respondents mainly searched for travel tips and traffic information.They booked the scenic spot tickets most often,followed by hotels,train tickets,air tickets both before and during a trip.Travel single products such as train tickets,the scenic spot tickets,hotel are more popular with online travel users.All respondents shared travel experiences after the trip.Education and monthly income of respondents have a significant impact on travel information search behavior and booking behavior.Secondly,PHP spider technology was used to get travel notes of online travel users and construct the association analysis,taking the online travel users of Nanjing as an example.Based on the association rules,the probability of a tourist visiting a scenic spot after traveling through a particular scenic spot could be predicted.Thirdly,the naive Bayesian algorithm was applied to realize the route recommended personalized by adding users' characteristics in order to achieve travel routes personalized recommendation system.The results indicated that the recommendation system worked well.Finally,based on the conclusions of the study,relevant countermeasures and suggestions should be put forward to the government departments,tourism agencies and tourism platform,which can promote the policy "Internet + Tourism".
