Custom tourism is a new term in recent years.With the development of Internet technology and the further improvement of people's living standards and spiritual needs,customized tourism has shifted from niche demand to high-speed development.With custom tourism that exceeds 50%annual consulting volume and order volume,it enters the stage of "barbarous growth",and it needs to clarify the market demand and product specifications.This article is based on a combination of theory and practice research methods,first from the perspective of traditional tourism and the current supply of custom tourism analysis,analysis of the existing tourism market,the status of custom tourism suppliers management and development.The paper conducted in-depth interviews with stakeholders in each important aspect of the customized tourism industry chain.The interviewees included suppliers and retailers of traditional tourism companies and tour customization companies,store managers and corporate management executives,and travel agencies and travel media.Through in-depth interviews,they have mastered the understanding and planning of customized tourism by custom tourism practitioners,which in turn leads to the problems and deficiencies in the current custom tourism supply.The paper also makes a detailed analysis from the perspective of demand for customized tourism.Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and Paloy's theory of psychological types are used to analyze different levels of tourism consumption and different psychological needs.Through questionnaires,we can understand current people's custom tourism.The demand situation.In view of the current unbalanced supply and demand of customized tourism,the paper uses big data technology to design and build a tourism customization platform,and elaborates on the aspects of resource procurement,consumer analysis,and corporate management.It further analyzed and explained the management of customized travel platforms from aspects such as platform profit model,management division,marketing planning,sharing sharing model,and future development planning.Finally,the paper put forward various suggestions for the development of the online travel customization platform,including creating an open and prosperous platform ecosystem,constructing an invisible supervision and management mechanism,creating a cycle mechanism for survival of the fittest,and starting from requirements and satisfying demands.Development concept.This article analyzes and researches the customized travel platform,which can inspire more people in the industry to expand the customized travel market and satisfy people's customized tourism needs.
