The Current Situation And Optimization Of Meiling Electric's Working Capital Management

Businesses plagued by working capital are increasing day by day,and some even go bankrupt.Working capital management has gradually become the focus of scholars' attention.Collaborative management of corporate procurement,production,and sales of working capital,improving management efficiency,and alleviating financial pressure are issues that corporate management and scholars have focused on and are trying to solve.Research on working capital management at home and abroad has been progressing;from optimization of individual working capital funds to overall optimization of working capital,to working capital management based on channels,value chains,or supply chains.At the same time,the management method of working capital has also shifted from a single mathematical approach to focusing on the optimization of working capital management in the value chain or supply chain.New perspectives have been widely recognized and attracted scholars to conduct in-depth research.However,the theoretical foundation of working capital management is relatively weak,and it does not occupy the necessary important position in financial management.Moreover,a complete theoretical framework system is not formed.The management of working capital requires scientific theoretical guidance and practical test.This article combines the channel theory to explore the management methods of working capital,and studies how to improve the management of working capital of Meiling Electric.First introduced the relevant theories of working capital management,followed by an analysis of the status quo of Meiling Electric's working capital management,then conducted performance evaluation from two perspectives of channels and elements,discovered the problems in the management of its working capital and explored the reasons,and finally proposed countermeasures.Optimize the structure of working capital at different levels,reduce working capital risks,increase the efficiency of working capital utilization,optimize the cost management of working capital and others.This paper adopts a combination of theory and practice,through data analysis,performance evaluation,the application of channel management theory to the study of working capital management issues,hoping to provide some valuable suggestions for Meiling Electric and other companies to solve the problem of working capital management.And improvement measures.
