With the development of the concept of the eighteen service government,which exists in enterprise management in the “performance evaluation” concept began to gradually integrate into institutions,more and more administrative organs through the implementation of the performance appraisal realized the transition from management mechanism to service mechanism.Provident fund center as an important part of the state organs,in recent years the management methods applied to the management of the whole system,the province around the central provident fund has also launched a performance appraisal system,but because the status is not high,self management is not strict,the index set at random and other reasons,the whole system of performance appraisal in the blind spot “became the central provident fund performance evaluation”.In this paper,H window service fund center as the research object,first introduced the research background,research purpose and significance,to provide theoretical support and important research value based performance appraisal research through these basic elements to H City provident fund center service window.Then it introduces the general situation and management framework of H City,and introduces the performance appraisal of window service personnel from several aspects such as performance evaluation index,method,standard,cycle and so on.And the questionnaire survey was used to investigate the satisfaction of the window service personnel of H City provident fund center,and analyzed the various problems in the process of performance evaluation of the H City provident fund center window service staff.In order to solve these problems,from three aspects of work performance,work ability,work attitude to design the H center city provident fund window service personnel performance evaluation index system,using the method to determine the weight of each index system.On this basis,the design of the H city fund center window service staff performance appraisal form,from the performance plan-performance implementationPerformance Appraisal-four aspects of performance feedback to develop a specific implementation of the system.Finally,in view of the problems that maybe encountered in the implementation,this paper puts forward the implementation of the new performance appraisal program of the H city fund center window service staff.Hope that through the study of this paper,the H City provident fund center managers to develop a window service personnel performance appraisal system has a certain guidance and reference.
