Research On Optimization Countermeasures Of Energy Performance Contracting Of EPOO Company

With the rapid development of the world economy,the coordination of the relationship between energy consumption and the environment has put forward higher requirements,and energy saving and environmental protection has become the focus of economic development of countries concerned.As a new type of energy saving management mode,energy performance contracting has been recognized by the energy consuming enterprises.The energy service companies that use this energy saving mode as the main business are increasingly favored by the energy using companies.However,the energy service companies with backward management and operation are not suitable for the requirements of energy performance contracting,resulting in the loss of enterprise benefits,but also hindered the healthy development of the energy performance contracting in China.This paper takes the EPOO company as the research object,according to the operation principle and characteristics of the energy performance contracting,with the related theory as the basis and analysis tools,to meet the a company contract energy management business process problems.And from the human resources,market development,cost control,technology development,intellectual property protection and financing aspects of the improvement,optimization and protection measures.First of all,this paper describes the concept of energy performance contracting,principles,characteristics and the status quo of energy service companies are described.Then,from the perspective of internal and external environment and market competition,this paper analyzes the management problems encountered in the operation of EPOO company's energy performance contracting business,and finds out the reasons for the problem.Then according to the analysis of the reasons and the company's actual situation,the targeted improvement and optimization countermeasures are formulated.Finally,in order to improve and optimize the countermeasures to get better results,the appropriate safeguards for the optimization of the countermeasures are planed.
