Application And Analysis Of Energy Performance Contracting(EPC) In N Company

Energy service company ("ESCO") uses Energy Performance Contracting ("EPC") to provide energy-saving services to the customers. Under an EPC, an ESCO and a customer establish energy-saving target. A customer repays the ESCO its costs and returns by using the energy cost savings from the reduced energy consumption. According to the EPC research which based on the domestic and overseas’ related materials, analyzing company N’s necessity of the implementation of contract energy management mode, through aspects such as politics, economy, society, science and technology analysis of the N company; Aiming at the N company’s first energy management project contract--M Power Plant Projects pump frequency transformation were analyzed and summarized, the implementation of EPC brought economic benefits and social benefits further elaborated; combing the N company contract energy management processes and find out the concerns and the need to solve the problem, the company introduced at the N energy management contract proposals and other items applicable contract energy management mode. Hope that through this study, fully use of contract energy management model for N companies saving investment, to achieve national environmental requirements, to realize further energy saving, to corporate social responsibility, furthermore to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
