In current time,China has the largest scale of bridges and highways in the world.With the continued growth of vehicle ownership and the substantial development of the logistics industry,highway and bridge pavement engineering materials are under the influence of multiple factors such as traffic load and climatic geological environment.The pavement materials are surely faced with tremendous aging,depletion and disease pressure.In recent years,road surface automation detection technology equipment has been increasingly applied.Applying assessment methods to make a evaluation of highway pavement material health performance is an important and regular assessment.There is fuzziness in this assessment.The use of quantitative information to assess health performance is the conversion from quantitative information to qualitative information.This article deals with the fuzziness of health assessment based on cloud model,applying it to automatic non-destructive testing data.Based on the current assessment criteria,this paper analyzes two potential defects and their room for improvement in the inadequate and over-representation of the assessment system.Based on this,the structural strength coefficient evaluation index is introduced,and then the five indexes used in the normal cloud model.The system constructs a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.A multiple imputation method was introduced from the statistical point of view to impute the missing data value to make full use of the data.The interval length ratio estimation method and the variation coefficient estimation method were proposed as supplements to the estimates of the cloud model coefficients.Comparing with the traditional assessment method,the results of the model were monitored and compared by defining two evaluation indexes: the fuzzy evaluation consistent ratio and the fuzzy evaluation credibility,to verify the application effect of the model.And the model improvement space was analyzed and discussed through simulation analysis.By proposing three potential applications of the model,including auxiliary evaluation criteria update,material status guidance and maintenance and rapid comprehensive evaluation.In addition,the prospect of combining the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of cloud models with traditional evaluation methods in engineering applications is proposed to improve health assessment from aspects of the practical value and evaluation quality.
