| In the era of Web2.0,the power of experts has been transferred to a lower level.User-generated contents are gradually becoming the main current of this era.In this context,social Q&A community begin to rise,which has become the main way to get knowledge.Compared with traditional virtual community,social Q&A community has the nature of knowledge and social,and the mechanism of knowledge-sharing is more complicated.Faced with this condition,scholars concentrate on how to improve the efficiency of knowledge-sharing and quality of knowledge.By analyzing the operation of social Q&A community,we can find that high-quality users is the key of a successful social Q&A community.The knowledge that they share determines whether the community could make progress.Therefore,the paper study how to promote them to share knowledge,in order to promote the development of social Q&A community.Because of the difference between social Q&A community and traditional virtual community,and the originality of high-quality users,there is no way to summarize the influencing factors of knowledge-sharing from existed literature.Therefore,the paper does not accept the traditional theory,but using the ground theory to study the influencing factors by using the first-hand text.And then,the paper uses the system dynamics to simulate the evolution of the knowledge-sharing of high-quality users.By the result of ground theory study,the paper found that the factors influencing knowledge-sharing includes community factors,ability factors,benefit-driven factors and scene factors.And the relationship among these factors could be summarized as "In a certain community and scene,guaranteed by ability,high-quality uses are driven by benefits to share their knowledge.And the core category is "knowledge-sharing driven by benefits".According to the simulation result of system dynamics,the paper found that in the opening condition,the willingness of knowledge-sharing of high-quality would gradually decline.Aimed at this situation,the paper combines the study conclusion and the real characteristic of social Q&A websites to give the suggestions to stimulate the high-quality users to share their knowledge. |
