With the popularity of the Internet,online community is developing rapidly in China.Now,there has emerged a large number of websites providing community services on the Internet.At the same time,the knowledge economy is developing rapidly and the knowledge is the most valuable capital.So,the knowledge sharing has become indispensable part of enterprise to improve the competitiveness of enterprise and to strengthen the ability of enterprise innovation,as well to promote the development of the enterprise.As a new platform for knowledge sharing,online community is developing at top speed.How to improve the ability of the knowledge sharing in online community and how to promote the community members‘ knowledge sharing behavior has become a widely concerned problem.As a new type of special online community,Question-Answer Online Community becomes more and more famous among the community members.So,this thesis focuses attention to have an empirical study on factors affecting knowledge sharing of the Question-Answer Online Community.In this thesis,based on the theory of social capital,the influence factors of knowledge sharing can be divided into cognitive capital,relational capital and structural capital.Analyzing from the perspective of community members and considering the characteristics of Question-Answer Online Community,we add identification and shared narratives to the traditional model of knowledge sharing and get a new knowledge sharing model.This study takes "zhihu" community as the research object.Then,we design questionnaire,and analyze the influence factors of knowledge sharing by empirical analysis.Collect the questionnaire for the members of "zhihu" on the Internet need to pay the users who do the questionnaire.We send out questionnaire in variety of social platforms.Such as: the QQ groups of "zhihu","zhihu" community and so on.In this study,the questionnaires are sent to 800 users who used "zhihu" community.A total of 564 responses are received and only 454 are used for this study.Then to complete the analysis of the sample data,we conduct reliability analysis,principal component analysis,factor analysis,descriptive statistics analysis,correlation analysis,confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis by SPSS19.0 and Amos19.0.According to the results of data analysis,we get the following conclusions: firstly,from the aspect of the relationship capital,trust,reciprocity and identification have significant positive influence on the knowledge quality of Question-Answer Online Community;secondly,from the aspect of the cognitive capital,shared language,shared vision and shared narratives have significant positive influence on the knowledge quality of Question-Answer Online Community;thirdly,the knowledge quality have significant positive influence on the knowledge sharing behavior of Question-Answer Online Community;finally,contrary to the above conclusions,from the aspect of the structural capital,the correlation between social interaction ties and the knowledge quality of Question-Answer Online Community is not significant.According to the result of this research,we can get some help for the community management.The trust of the members of Question-Answer Online Community should be strived to be improved.Question-Answer Online Community managers can invent authoritative scholars in every field to join in community and participate in exchanging and sharing knowledge with the online members actively.In this way,the knowledge quality will get better and more and more users will share their knowledge.
