| Nowadays,the product-centered production mode and the designer-centered production mode are gradually giving way to customer-centered production mode.Online customization-the embodiment of "customer-centered" strategy in the context of the Internet-is a key strategy for future product competition.Through on-line customization systems,customers can participate in product design and production processes and gain the ability to define product features.But online customization is so complex that customers themselves are often not sure whether the currently product configuration solution is the best design to meet their needs.Therefore,companies are needed to help customers optimize their individual product configuration solutions.Beyond that,in order to effectively achieve the production goals set by customers,enterprises are required to quickly adjust the configuration of production resources according to customer needs.Based on the inverse optimization theory,this paper discusses and studies the optimization of product configuration and the optimization of production resource allocation in multi-product online customization environment.The main work is as follows:(1)Analysis of the nature of the online customization system.First,the concept,characteristics,and components of online customization system was analyzed.Second,the online custom service process was decomposed.Finally,the service mechanism of maximizing customer utility in the online customization environment was elaborated through the decomposition of product configuration and production resource allocation scheme.(2)Establishment of multi-product online customization model based on linear programming.Based on the analyze of customer preference,the multiple product online customization model takes customer utility maximization as an optimization goal,uses the custom resource constraints from both the customer side and the online custom service provider side as model constraints,and considers the mapping relationship between product attributes and custom resource constraints.Thus,the product configuration is transformed into a production resource allocation scheme,which can effectively connect the two processes of online customization.(3)Establishment of production configuration optimization model based on inverse optimization.The inverse optimization method was used to adjust the parameters of the product configuration,so that the optimized product configuration solution becomes customer utility maximization satisfaction point.(4)Establishment of production resource allocation optimization model based on inverse optimization.The model takes into account the cost of resource adjustment,uses the minimum total cost of production resource adjustment as the objective function,and adjusts the production resource allocation through the method of linear programming inverse optimization,so that the customer's proposed production target becomes the optimal solution of the model.(5)Application of multi-product online customization model and it's inverse optimization model.An example was used to verify the feasibility of the model established in this paper,and the application process of inverse optimization in on-line customization service was discussed.This would provide guidance for online customization service providers on product portfolio optimization and custom resource configuration optimization. |
